I have been using Obsidian for a while now and something that has happened here and there was that when i right click a note and "open in new tab" sometimes it does do it as expected but sometimes it splits the current pane vertically.

This is highly annoying especially as I have no idea when what happens. Additionally in split view I cant close a note. I need to go to the context menu "open in new window" and then I can click close.

It used to work as expected on my laptop and not expected in my PC but now that I sync them regularly it doesnt work properly on both devices.

I cant really find any setting that would determin this behavior. What is going on?
