Ah, the built-in Safety Valve, you say?!
Ah, the Advantages of seizure inducing substances included in your Barbiturates!
Ok, Obscuros! This was one of my favorite acquisitions because of its rareity and limited time on market. This sampler includes three different Barbiturates (Pentobarbital, Secobarbital, and Phenobarbital) at typically prescribed doses. The novelty is the substance known as Pentylenetetrazol which has been added to each dose of Barbiturate as a safety mechanism, if you will. The substance is designed to cause stimulation at higher doses. The stimulation was thought to be the only antidote to a Barbiturate OD. From my research, I found these did not stay on the market long due to seizure-like activity caused by the Pentylenetetrazol.
