so i bought Ku Shen (Sophora flavescens) root to help with my chronic insomnia and possibly depression. took 1g few hours ago, now i feel soo relaxed and giggly it's enormous. feels very weird. the key component of Ku Shen is matrine, which supposedly acts on opioid system as well on NMDAr. i'm a little bit afraid to go to sleep now cause i've read it can cause apnea. well...
