Here's two physician's samples of Lotusate by Winthrop - Stearns Inc. The purple originally had 25 caplets at 0.12 Gm. (2 grains.) Hypnotic dose is 1 caplet. The yellow I've posted before, and originally had 70 caplets at 30mg (1/2 grains) most of which are still here. Sedative dose is 1 or 2 caplets. The Nembutal (Pentobarbital) by Abbott Laboratories caplets are 1 1/2 grains and 1 to 2 caplets are to be taken at bedtime. Unsure how many caplets are in the bottle considering the cork broke and I haven't removed it yet. I don't know too much about the Nembutal, just that it's a vintage bottle.
