I'm looking for soft punishments to add to our Obedience app, gentle punishments but NOT funishments: I need my little to be afraid, but not mortified. I've recently figured out how to automatically activate a punishment whenever a certain habit is missed and it works like a charm! So far I've come up with these (apart from the usual physical punishments):

• No lap time for a whole day
• No eating by yourself; you can only be fed
• Princess her place is on the ground; no couch or chairs
• No panties for a whole day at the office
• No cummies for a day
• Daddy's phone is on silent; lots of waiting for replies
• Pick a sticker from the reward chest and cut it in half
• Early bedtime, no phone
• Decorating your princess parts for Daddy with markers, stickers and glitter
