I've never been to oasis before, but when I asked about lesbian and trans friendly spaces in Toronto a friend mentioned oasis.

I'm from out of town, but I'm going to be in Toronto in late January 2025 when the sapphic night 🌙 is happening. I'm curious to try out oasis aqualounge. One review said it was worth checking out just for the water 💧 facilities. Which would be nice since I encountered some trans phobia at the last pool change room I was in. A lady was freaked put by my androgynous appearance even tho I was completely clothed.

I'm very shy and have social anxiety so I'm not sure I will hook up with anyone, but I would really like to meet some new people in the TO queer community. The only people I know in Toronto are straight or gay men.

Can anyone who has been to the sapphic night as a newbie tell me what it's like? What is the dress code ? Are people approachable for chatting and hanging out?
