42/m showing up without my partner?

My play partner has been to Oasis several times, and we've been trying to figure out a Friday or Saturday to go as a couple, but it's been tough (we're from pretty far away). I'll be in town on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday in October and she's encouraging me to go on my own.
Is this something that's worthwhile? What are the chances that I spend the evening wandering around by myself?
