First, peregrinekt and malcolm are no longer moderators on the subreddit. And I will not add new moderators for at least a few weeks.

Second, in order to make this council work I would like to propose that I will lead the council. I will continue running region meetings and the subreddit as usual but then I will designate jobs for the council members and maybe having separate council meetings. I would also like the council to work on a constitution that will be ready to vote in early January.

Third, I would like to remove roleplay from the subreddit. The lines are blurred between in character and out of character and that can lead to hurt feelings and lots of drama. This should be a place to organize roleplaying events on the server. I want to also put other rules in place but I would like to discuss this at the Saturday meeting.
