During the region meeting it was agreed upon that a constitution should be written to lay down basic guidelines for council members and citizens to uphold. For instance: length of council member terms, anti-harassment policies, etc. They will also lay out a foundation for amending the constitution at later dates.

We would like a small group of mostly active players to help write the constitution on a public google doc. Every citizen can view and comment on it whenever they see fit. When the constitution is mostly fleshed out we will present it in a Region Meeting and then it will be voted on over the course of a week to give people time to read over it. If the majority votes "no" we will revise until the majority votes "yes".
