I typically hit Sinaloa cause I used to live by it. My favorite is a fish super burrito with avocado with a tall can of Pacifico. Be sure you get limes. Perfect lil ritual. Pastor is really good too.
I grew up going to La Mexicana on E14th since I was a kid and their tortillas are fire. My grandparents had their first date there and it’s still around, now owned by the waitress. Chicken enchiladas are my go to, but this restaurant has a particular style. The menu is very old school and it reflects in the food. Sometimes I’ll grab a side of tortillas, rice, and beans and eat like I did there as a kid. The tortillas are that fucking good.
El Asadero Poblano on E14. Steak burrito. Nuff said. Thank me later.
I’ve hit plenty of trucks up but only cause I’m on the area. Looking to make a pilgrimage and holy quest of finding the perfect burrito - El Asadero Poblano, frreal tho. Try it. Steak burrito.
Curious what your favorite spot is, why, and the best dish’s you’d recommend.
