Here are my stats I play a solid zarya (can play a mean roadhog as well as rein if necessary) who is not over aggressive on defense and pushes at the right times on offense. Can't get above 2200. Usually play with a four stack who is of similar level. Feels like we don't get paired in a 50/50 fashion in that we don't get paired up against better teams but rather just worse teammates (no mics and failing on all duties at a DPs).

I sync up ults and play a support zarya by protecting healers and squishies and countering ults.
