I've been playing since season 2 but can't manage to get off Bronze 5 in the support role. I was absolute trash when I got my first bronze 5 rank and I exclusively played with Moira and Mercy. Though I don't play too much competitive, I still have 600 hours on this game and I can play any support well but I switched to the more complex Lucio mainly and Brig, my endorsement level is 4 and I haven't get complaints from my team as a support since season 3. Admittedly my healing is pretty low with Lucio with 5k/10 minutes but like I said no complaints. Several time I've had more wins than loses and still didn't move up. this last go round I was 4 - 0 but ended up losing the 5th game due to a tank diff (VXGCGW) but fair enough, a lose is a lose, but I only lost the 6th game because the tank left early and the other support left after the first round (TPTMWJ) Still 5 - 2 I thought I could at least make it to bronze 4 but no... still stuck at bronze 5 with a thing saying how i'm higher than 94% of people in this rank. I may be dogshit but to say that I haven't improved as a support after 70 hours of competitive is kinda wild.

Edit: I finally hit Bronze 4 🥰
