Charity Ball changed dress code from formal to cocktail (people complained), which dress should I wear?

So the charity Ball is for suicide awareness. It was supposed to be a formal dress code but people complained I suppose it is about not having clothing to fit the dress code. So they moved it down to cocktail attire. Originally I was going to wear dress #7 which I ordered. But these other dresses I own and currently work for cocktail I think.
