Advice for styling this embellished asymmetrical top

hey! I’m at a loss on how to style this top that I got from Mestiza NY. I fell in love with the detailed embroidery and sequins. What kind of occasion would you wear this to? What color top would you wear under it (it’s see through and I’m wearing a black cami in the photo but it hides some of the lace detail)? How would you style it?
