Hello everyone,
The mods are pleased to announce that we have just brought the /r/OSVR Wiki online!
The wiki can be accessed at http://reddit.com/r/osvr/wiki, in the sidebar, or by clicking the "wiki" tab at the top of the sub.
The wiki is intended to serve as more of a directory for information than a direct source of information. Remember that the primary resource for OSVR documentation is as always the official OSVR Developer Documentation.
We hope that the wiki will serve as a springboard for new community members interested in OSVR to find access to more information and resources, and as a valuable reference for existing community members.
In the interests of the open nature of OSVR, we'd like to open up as much of the wiki as possible for editing by users. However, for the time being, most pages will be editable by mods and approved wiki editors only. The index will likely remain editable by mods only for obvious reasons. Other pages, such as the list of OSVR-compatible content are currently open for all users to edit, provided that their account meets minimum requirements. These requirements are an account age of at least 60 days and subreddit karma of at least 25. These editing restrictions and requirements are subject to change based on the behaviour we observe and community feedback.
The wiki currently features an index, a FAQ page, a list of compatible content, and a short guide to SteamVR.
We hope you find the /r/OSVR Wiki to be a great resource, and we welcome your questions and feedback in this thread!
Sincerely,
The /r/OSVR Moderation Team
