Is this Online CS-Post Bach program possible while working 40 hrs per week?

So, as you can see from the title, I currently work full time at a software development company, doing software support. I know I can handle this program, while working full time, however, I am unsure of how the online classes will work. Will I have to be logged into a virtual classroom certain times of the day on certain days of the week? Or do I just work whatever hours I want, as long as I do the homework/quizzes/tests before the deadlines?
