How hard is CSE 1222 (difficulty, workload, curve in class)?

Im a BME student who is looking into CSE 1222 for next fall for engineering elective credit. I have some intermediate experience programming in MATLAB through an upper level BME course and have just a little bit of arduino experience. Just wondering about workload, commitment, etc and any other things I should consider before committing to this.
