Optimum Customer rep. Is it as bad and frustrating on the consumer end as it is for us?

Three weeks in and it seems like you all get nothing but the run around. You can’t even talk to your actual dr.office. The number you call from the internet just sends you to me anyway. Your Dr.s lie and say they’ve sent result and give you our number instead of actually talking to you. You have to wait forever for records because you can’t just walk into the facility you were seen in , and leave with records. Your PCP is essentially useless outside of the realm of being a doctor. And you’re fucked of your looking for X-rays because radiology is a laughable extension. As an employee if my doctor goes to optum, I’d take my business somewhere that gives half a damn about its patients .
