Former Suddenlink customer that merged with Optimum here. Ok, so I have this modem that Suddenlink provided a good while ago. (I've forgotten how long...don't judge...) Anyway, everything was fine up until yesterday when all of a sudden (pun intended) the internet stops working. I've done everything humanly possible to try and get this P.O.S. to work but recently I've been hearing about modems no longer being supported. So, long story short, does my crappy, seemingly old modem, still apply to Optimum ISP? Or am I S.O.L.? Options?
