I got a 45$ a month fiber plan for 12 month starting this May. So far none of the bills reflected my regular price - one would be 160, one would be 78.
Every month I have to call the center and waste at least 30 minutes explaining that to the representatives. They offer me credits or promos basically negotiating how much extra I’m willing to pay.
At some point someone upgraded me to 500mbs although I NEVER requested that.
I’m on the line with them right now and again I’m being jerked around by representatives who just repeat what I say and offer no solutions. I’m so frustrated at this point I might switch to another provider’s 5G internet just because that’s my only other option.
The billing department representatives tell me they can transfer me to a supervisor who can only give me credits but not change my bill. None of them were able or willing to tell me who can I inquire about a deeper inspection of my billing history.
Does anyone know how would I get an actual person in their billing department to take deeper look into this?
