QD oled vs woled, which one should I get?

So I'm debating between these two monitors, the Samsung 27" Odyssey QD OLED G6 (G60SD) QHD 360Hz, and the ASUS ROG Strix 27” 1440P OLED Gaming Monitor (XG27AQDMG) - Glossy WOLED panel, 240 Hz. I've read a lot on this sub about QD OLED vs woled and I can't really decide. I have a room with very little light pollution, but I'm a little nervous about getting a QD OLED because of the eye strain I've seen people talk about. I'd appreciate some help making this decision.
