Help deciding on a monitor please… I am overwhelmed

Hey everyone reading through all the reviews, and models has me burnt out and overwhelmed. I upgraded from my Asus strix 3080 to a founders super 4080.
I am mainly an FPS player… I’ve been playing with my Asus rog 240hz 1080p monitor for the last 4ish years now. I want to enjoy some new AAA titles, cyberpunk, Elden ring, demon souls remake… But also play Valorant, Overwatch and CS go with a high frame rate.
What monitor do you think will suit me best?
