Can't seem to find a solid HDMI 2.1. Just getting endless flickering on CX with 3070. Video attached

The one you see in the video is Zeskit Maya, but my Club 3D one flickered as well, Mono brand DOA as well.
I just placed an order for another Zeskit 5ft cable since it works for so many of you. Any other 100% successful brands? Seems like quality control is a huge issue.
