Does anyone else get anxious and uncomfortable when they can't finish something?

Post Body

This can be anything. Finishing a task, finishing a plate of food, finishing a book series or TV series.

I can't stop with a task before it's finished, or with eating before the plate is empty. Which leads to me eating when I'm full and studying/working/anything else when I'm too tired or can't focus.

Or I will want to read a book or start a new TV series but can't because I still haven't read all the books in the current series or watched all the seasons of this show. It also means continuing to read or watch things I don't like anymore, because now I have to finish it.

Does anyone else feel this? Why is this and what can ben done about it?
