Guys, it bothers me from time to time butbwhat really makes it better is to not really thinking about it. "How cant you think bout something that LITERALLY begins in your head?" Thing is, the mind is weird. It is its own entity, it works for you, it makes you stay on your toes. Sometimes it forgets to clock out and does overtime. That overtime shift is the shitty shift, thats where the errors in the job start happening. Your mind is hyperaware because of your response to the thought. Since its relevant (because of your response to the thought when it arises) it gives the brain a workload. And workload after workload, you are still giving your brain more work than it is used to. Its a funny way to describe it but yeah, your response to thought reinforces the fear, and of course, the compulsions. Its all an endless loop that only makes a snowball effect. Dwelling on the experiences you had while spiraling out of your own sanity, will only make it worse. Try not to write about the bad things looking for reassurance.
I will REASSURE YOU, that it only makes it worse after it goes away for a couple minutes or hours. So, while you are at it, get off the crack. Its not easy, its exhausting, it feels hopeless most of the time. But you can get there, and as well as you can get there you can always relapse. So love yourself and be thankful for the thought process you were given. When it works in your favor, you are a beast at whatever you put your hands on. You are a leader and a caregiver.
Go get it guys, love yall
