I have been on Sentraline for a month. I thought my mental health have improved but today -going back to work after four days- i am doubting again.

So i got my diagnose for Ocd one month ago. I have Std obessesion. Testing again and again even when it's not neccesary. After one month on Sentraline this last days i was feeling slightly better. I had 4 days free from work and i felt better. Anfter seeing my psiquiatrist yesterday, telling him that, but also about my obsessions. Today i have going to work and i feel crappy again. Anxious. I mean, not so anxious as some weeks ago but bad again.
