Okay so in 2020 I decided that I wanted to try going vegetarian for a year just for fun. I really enjoy cooking and so I thought it would be a unique opportunity to experiment with vegetarian cooking. Long story short, I have been unable to STOP being vegetarian because I feel an ungodly amount of guilt whenever I consider “quitting”.
I am taking a trip to Europe in October and I want to be able to experience all the local foods without being held back. How in the fresh hell can I get my pea sized brain to let me “quit” being vegetarian????
