Post Body

Here's my thought pattern: "Nothing is real. We're just in a simulation. Morality is pointless, so you can go ahead and hurt other people."

I consider myself somewhat religious and it keeps me behaving morally. With these themes of thoughts (i.e. "what if faith and morality are meaningless and have no basis?"etc), I feel afraid, what if I hurt the people I love? Or abuse other people? Sometimes people suggest to just accept thoughts and get used to them. But the thoughts can't just be dismissed or "accepted", because then I have no reason to act morally, and I could technically hurt others.

I don't want to do anything bad nor do I have any intentions to, but this stuff makes me feel like a threat to the people I love.

Help.
