Waterproof shoe spray in the bathroom, major contamination trigger

Post Body

My dad just used it in our small, unventilated bathroom. I wanted to at least remove my toothbrush beforehand but he specifically said he wasn't gonna use it tonight, then went and used it... I've read that it's very bad to use it indoors but my parents are saying they've been using it all their lives (which is true). Now the bathroom is one big pool of contamination: the toothbrush, the towels, my drying clothes. Not to mention I don't know when I'll be able to enter the room at all. I even closed the door to my room to make sure none of the fumes get in here. I feel like I'm insane for reacting like this, neither of my parents are bothered by the spray, in fact my dad took a shower in there right after using it. So clearly I'm the problem, right? But even the internet is saying how dangerous using it indoors is.

I'm definitely throwing that toothbrush out, but how can I bring myself to even go take a shower tomorrow? Or dry my hands in the towels?
