I believe I suffered from a manageable OCD forever, but since the pandemic it has escalated to debilitating. 99% of it is around contamination fears, but there are a few other things going on as well. There is also a hefty amount of health anxiety on top of everything.

What I am curious about is if all of you also suffering seem to waste hours and hours a day doing basically nothing.

I know compulsions and rituals take up a lot of time, but I think this is separate from that. barely work a few hours a day anymore since the pandemic, yet even without working getting little sleep I seem to waste the day away and pretty much get nothing done.

Is this a facet of ocd, or is there something else wrong with me?
