So I'm struggling a lot with anxiety and OCD, and something that's been plaguing me has been intrusive feelings, not thoughts. Like I'll get really bad pangs of hopeless and isolation, and overall dark feelings, and those will scare me so much that I'll obsess over them so much until that's all I can feel. What I'm not experiencing is thoughts like "I could stab myself with this knife right now", even though that brand of intrusive thoughts is something I've dealt with in the past. Does anybody have any insight?
