what are your go to foods when ocd makes eating hard?

eating is feeling hard right now. anything too complex, with too many ingredients or textures, i can’t do. im worried about contamination. i’m not even specifically worried about getting sick, i don’t even know what im worried about. my brain is just making eating most foods difficult right now. previous safe foods aren’t really working anymore and i need new suggestions
