Anyone else have sever nail biting issues

Hey so I was diagnosed with OCD a while ago but ever since I was a kid I’ve always had this habit of biting my nails and picking the skin around them. Anyone else experience this too, and anyone got some tips on how to stop. Like it hurts to wash my hands because the nerves burn when water touches them, and anything I try to pick up hurts my fingers.
