I’ve had one of these, idk if it’s a real memory of having remembered the thing I’m having false memories about and somehow shrugging it off, thus, making the “false” memory true, or if it’s just an extremely vivid and emotionally potent false memory that blindsided me right when I was getting over things. It started off feeling 100% real to the point where I threw up at one point, but as I got less nervous, I questioned its validity, as I do with every thought relating to this topic. This sounds convoluted but idek how else to explain it and I’m scared shitless rn, even if I’m getting better slowly.
