My anxiety med is stopping working and possibly activating a manic depressive cycle of sorts, which makes my ocd tendencies worse, but if I switch meds to something that works better I’ll probably loose my special interests again I finally found a new one and now I’m gonna loose it again plus all my motivation just all gone…..
Hate changing meds it’s stressful
And I know it’s bad I’m frustrated about it but I really wanna cut and I can’t bc of my fear of tetanus but I feel like I’m a bad person if I don’t ughhhh
