Essentially I have been working with my therapist to deal with intrusive thoughts and guilt mitigation etc…. Unfortunately, my brain has decided that rather than while I am conscious it will instead be attacking my sleeping mind. Having weekly or biweekly dreams that devolve into graphic violence, sexual assault, pedophilia, and all the other fun funky things I can’t avoid while sleeping. It’s gotten to the point where I get anxious to fall asleep because that awful Russian roulette of messed up images is always waiting. Can anyone else relate? How to you manage???
