Hello!

I'm trying to get some help with this as 02 are being more then useless.

I Bought a sim card from the UK around 4 months ago from CEX.

I recently tried to activate the sim card and top up, at first it didn't get calls and couldn't even make a call to 4444. I then topped up by 20 and got a 5 pound bundle on it. Calls won't go threw and it cant make them, if I try to dial the number from another phone it just says "this number is not active". Even tho 02 said it was active. It gets texts fine however it can't send them. I'm trying to get it to work in an old handset (not a smartphone) however when I put it in my smartphone it still doesn't work.

I am clueless on what to do so any help would be greatly appreciated
