This is the first month I used the ring(orange generic form of it) and I’m about 4-5 days out from when I’m supposed to remove it for a period to start. I’m already having a light period/spotting begin, so would it be best to just go ahead and remove it and let nature run its course and start a fresh ring after? I’m not 100% about this!
