I should prefix with the fact that I’ve always been a picky eater. A few years back I really started reading the labels to everything I would buy to consume. Slowly I started to eliminate one thing after the next, which was already a short list. In these years my health has really declined, I’ve sustained more physical injuries in the last few years, than my entire life. I also started having nerve issues with my teeth, also causing me to no want to me. Now, I’m down to a morning shake that consist of bananas, blueberries, and pea protein. I don’t eat again until dinner (7pm) which is always a protein (fish, turkey, beef) with organic steamed veggies. I know I’m at the point of malnutrition, but I have no interest in eating at all. I can’t fathom the idea of eating during the day, nor do I know what I would eat as I feel like everything is so processed. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you.
