Agency opportunities for LD or MH nurses?
Post Body
I'm an LD support worker for a local council. We support service users in their own tenancies.
Do NHS LD or MH nurses have an opportunity to pick up extra work through the agencies, in NHS settings or private hospitals? Or is agency work only really a thing in adult nursing settings?
I ask because in my current job I pick up a decent amount of extra shifts via the agency (usually working in my usual workplace) and to be honest without this I'd be quite hard up.
Thanks in advance.
