At the start of every semester, I go through a week of extreme anxiety and depression. I think it has to do with not knowing what the new professors exams will be like. Does anyone have advice on how to deal with the panic attacks and crying? My parents tell me to stop crying and start studying if I’m so worried about it, but I can’t help but do nothing at all. If anyone else experiences this and has any tips on how to overcome the sadness it would be appreciated. Nursing school is so isolating and it’s an extreme adjustment to go back to that so suddenly I don’t even know what to do with myself there’s so much to study and I don’t have a routine yet
