When I was a nursing student I would hear rumor's and stories from 'friends of a guy who knew a guy who knew a guy' of how nurses who went to Saudi Arabia to do contract work and made so much money they could either get a house deposit within a year or pay off their mortgages once and for all.
Off course I was skeptical as it sounded way to good to be true and I never got a first hand source and the stories were so vague I never got any exact details or figures but the idea has always been alluring due to the money.
I was wondering if anyone here has actually done a contract in Saudi Arabia or any Gulf country in the UAE ? Are the rumors actually true or is it all lies or is there a massive catch ?
Thanks heaps.
