New Grad with Corpsman experience need advice

Hey all, I could really use your advice. Iām a new grad with my license as of May and currently working in a SNF. I have 10 years of experience as a Navy Corpsman with multiple degrees/certifications and Iām having a hell of a time getting into a hospital. If anyone was in a similar situation, how did you overcome this obstacle?
