I'm 26 weeks pregnant (with a boy in case that's relevant) and nursing my 2.5-year-old daughter. She mainly nurses to sleep at night, and occasionally first thing in the morning. Anything during the day is cursory / "checking in". From odd comments she's made I don't think I'm producing much at the moment.

But the last few days she's broken out in acne-like spots on her little face (no spots anywhere else on her body). While ruling out various other causes, it occurred to me to wonder whether it could be a result of shifting hormones in my breastmilk. Anyone experience anything similar with an older nursing while pregnant with another child?
