Natural out of style?

So I'm big on all things natural. I went to a nude beach today and noticed that every single person exceot for one guy was completely shaved. Is natural out of style ? I get it's a personal preference but I found that kind of bizarre. I would have thought there would have been a wide variety of in betweens but I was the only truly au natural. The only other person I saw with body hair anywhere was pretty trimmed up. I just wanted to gather some thoughts on this. I felt kind of self conscious.
