I want to reboot a previously successful network for somatic movement practices that integrate stretching, yoga, breathwork, visualization, and mindfulness to help build a deeper connection to the body.
It involves exploring and experiencing movement patterns, sensations, and emotions in a slow, gentle, and conscious manner.
Somatic movement focuses on enhancing mind-body awareness through intentional movement.
I’d also incorporate legit, trained deep tissue table massage exchanges (and/or lessons).
Could also include intermittent DIY skincare for an overall spa experience with a fair investment for my organic products.
This works with one or two others maximum. Participants must have their own equipment and supplies (yoga or exercise mat, towel).
Weekend afternoons are ideal, however, exceptions can be made with advance planning.
