Couples Resort Alternatives?

Wife and I have been to Couples Tower Isle three times and Sans Souci twice. We love the resorts but want to venture outside of Jamaica. Are there any recommendations for other resorts that have C/O or nude beaches/pools in the Caribbean or even Europe? We aren’t looking for a swinger vibes (not against lifestyle just not what we want on vacation). We looked at Hawksbill Resort but hoping you awesome people have some recommendations!
