Nude trail run coverup?

What is the best choice for a coverup for a nude trail run? I’m tempted to carry nothing— but I sort of want a backup in case someone gets offended. Should I go fully bare, carry shorts, or try a scarf as a very skimpy loincloth? Do you have other ideas or recommendations? The scarf/ loincloth sounds exciting—. But I’m not sure that a thing that barely covers my penis would really make a difference.
