Halo 75 Command key not working.

I just purchased a nuphy halo 75. I love the look and feel of the keyboard, but the command key does not work at all. (killing command a, f, s, c, v, x, space bar etc). I also own a nuphy air 75 (the command key works perfectly on this board.)
EDIT
Fixed. Factory reset via fn x b. --> go to sys settings restore system defaults on all keyboard settings --> finally powercycle the board.
