Tô já faz umas semanas lá, e, sempre conseguia postar numa boa. Porém, hoje fui postar algo e, simplesmente, no fim não postou nada, nem notificada fui de se tinha algum problema na postagem... Alguém sabe se é algum problema relacionado a minha conta ou se preciso instalar e reinstalar o app?

Se ainda depois de um tempo não normalizar, você pode tentar mandar um modmail para os moderadores e perguntar se está banida e se estiver perguntar o motivo, o máximo que pode acontecer é eles não responderem, mas normalmente eles respondem.
